To order you need to have a valid 3D model and upload it to your cart. We support file formats .stl (scaled in mm), .3mf, .step. The part should meet the manufacturing requirements described in design guidelines. After analysis you should be able to configure your part. If you do not have such file or having trouble with ordering please contact us.
The data transfer is protected with SSL and our databases are private. We value intellectual property and we are dedicated to protect it. Your models are covered with non disclosure by our standard sales terms and conditions. If you require additional NDA paperwork please contact us.
The delivery date is dependent on the number of current orders. Most often it takes 3 to 5 working days to complete an order. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to give you an exact delivery date.
We ship to all countries which are members the European Union with UPS Standard and Express. For customers located in Poland we offer inpost paczkomat and inpost kurier. There are also pick-up options available for those in neighborhood of Poznan, PL.
You can pay by credit card, blik or przelewy24 via stripe. You can also complete your check-out selecting wire transfer. In this option we will provide you with bank details. The order will be confirmed upon booking the transfer to our account.
